Christopher Bertacco - Pre-Construction Manager

Chris has a wide range of experience and is a highly regarded strong performer within the construction industry delivering over 15 years of projects.

Chris has a background in Estimating, Site management, Contract administration and Project management.

As Pre-Construction manager, Chris makes sure the investment in pre-project detail ensures the building experience runs as smooth as possible.

Chris reviews trade quality, defects and programme to make sure that the project is on track to what was promised at engagement.

Daniel Burmeister - Construction Manager

With over 20 years in the construction industry, Daniel has a verifiable track record of successful completion of high value projects including mixed use residential developments, data centres, new build construction and high-end corporate fit outs and refurbishments.

Daniel is recognised for well-developed project management skills including tracking job progress, controlling projects costs and scheduling operational tasks that enable project completion on time and on budget. 

Daniel is a self-motivated individual, who has a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills allowing him to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders to achieve top results and meet deadlines.

Darren Agars - Senior Site Manager

Darren has 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Having worked across multiple sectors and having had his own business for a number of years, Darren has a vast amount of skills and training within construction projects.

A well-organised and hands-on individual, Darren brings a large range of skills and experience to a project including; coordination of trades / scheduling of works, conducting pre-start meetings and toolbox meetings, inductions, input in all subcontractor meetings and weekly client meetings.

Responsible for the day to day operations of a live site, Darren’s priority is to always meet client needs and expectations whilst delivering the project on time and within budget.

Michael Gibbs - Site Manager

With many years of experience working in the construction industry as a Site Manager, Michael has predominantly worked across commercial and residential sectors. He has excellent attention to detail and outstanding time and value management skills. 

Michael makes the needs of his clients a number one priority. With this at the forefront, he ensures that his projects are delivered to the highest of quality and standards.

Arthur Burmeister - Site Foreman

With over 40 years of experience in the industry, Arthur has worked across multiple sectors including; commercial, residential, hotels and education.

As a Site Foreman, Arthur has strong leadership and communication skills ensuring that tasks are completed according to priorities and plans. His excellent problem solving / issue resolution skills, enable Arthur to overcome issues which arise on site and move forward with the project.

As client satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Arthur, he ensures that his clients’ needs and expectations are exceeded at all times.

Noel Jenkin - OH&S Advisor

With over 45 years of experience in the construction industry, Noel has extensive knowledge and experience in Occupational Health & Safety. 

Noel takes a proactive approach for each project, always staying one step ahead of potential risks, ensuring that if they do occur, they are dealt with in a timely manner. He ensures that communication is always maintained on all levels as this creates a powerful commitment by everyone, to implement safety decisions and practices in addition to developing trust and cooperation within a company.
