Derek Edwards - Pre-Construction Manager

Derek has over 25 years of experience across the construction industry including demolition, new builds and fitouts for commercial projects. 

Over his career he has worked on many projects including Deakin University, RMIT University and Target offering practical experience in Joinery and Shopfront Manufacturing and Installation, Ceilings and Partitioning, Factory Management, Construction and Site Management with Project and General Management.

Daniel Burmeister - Construction Manager

With over 20 years in the construction industry, Daniel has a verifiable track record of successful completion of high value projects including mixed use residential developments, data centres, new build construction and high-end corporate fit outs and refurbishments.

Daniel is recognised for well-developed project management skills including tracking job progress, controlling projects costs and scheduling operational tasks that enable project completion on time and on budget. 

Daniel is a self-motivated individual, who has a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills allowing him to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders to achieve top results and meet deadlines.

Dominic Borgia - Senior Project Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Dominic has worked across multiple sectors including; commercial, government, residential, education and retail. Dominic has worked on projects ranging between $100K and $190 million. 

As a specialist in commercial fit-out, refurbishment and design and construct, Dominic’s success across past projects has been complimented by his excellent leadership and time management skills. His exceptional communication skills enable Dominic to create and maintain open flows of communication with his clients and other stakeholders. 

Regardless of the size and cost of a project, Dominic puts the needs of clients first and ensures that once a project is completed, they are provided with a quality result.

Emma Smart - Senior Contract Administrator

With over 15 years of local and international experience, Emma is a highly motivated and versatile Contract Administrator who has significant experience working in high pressure and dynamic environments. Accountable for profitability and performance, Emma is an excellent trouble shooter and is able to implement system solutions to increase profit percentages.

Possessing exceptional communication, negotiation, analytical and organisational skills, Emma always works to achieve solutions, with creative thinking at the forefront.

Her ability to deliver success through accuracy, attention to detail and professionalism highly compliments her ability to achieve excellent contract value optimization.

Martin O’Dwyer - Senior Site Manager

With over 20 years experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager and a Site Manager, Martin has worked across a range of sectors including; commercial, education, residential and retail. 

Working with his team to achieve the best possible results, Martin is hands-on when required. With many years of experience in the industry, Martin is a firm believer in doing what is required in order to deliver a project on time and within budget. 

With many years of management experience, Martin has excellent leadership skills, high attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. As someone who is an expert in stakeholder management, OH&S implementation and quality control, Martin believes in delivering projects of a high standard and ensures that his clients’ needs are met and satisfied.

Michael Gibbs - Site Manager

With many years of experience working in the construction industry as a Site Manager, Michael has predominantly worked across commercial and residential sectors. He has excellent attention to detail and outstanding time and value management skills. 

Michael makes the needs of his clients a number one priority. With this at the forefront, he ensures that his projects are delivered to the highest of quality and standards.

Noel Jenkin - OH&S Advisor

With over 45 years of experience in the construction industry, Noel has extensive knowledge and experience in Occupational Health & Safety. 

Noel takes a proactive approach for each project, always staying one step ahead of potential risks, ensuring that if they do occur, they are dealt with in a timely manner. He ensures that communication is always maintained on all levels as this creates a powerful commitment by everyone, to implement safety decisions and practices in addition to developing trust and cooperation within a company. 

Always looking to exceed client needs and expectations, Noel strives to continuously improve services and he ensures that his clients are satisfied as well as provided with ongoing support.

Andrea Bojcetic - Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager, Andrea is responsible for St Ferrer’s overall brand management and corporate identity.

Possessing exceptional analytical, creative and interpersonal skills, Andrea ensures the best way in which to promote the St Ferrer brand and services. Her excellent communication skills allow her to work closely with the St Ferrer construction team to create tender submissions tailored to individual project requirements.
