Completed as a design and construct, St Ferrer took pride in this collaboration with renowned workspace design experts, Futurespace, and the esteemed Randstad, to execute vital enhancements for their Essendon Fields branch.
Situated within an iconic art deco heritage structure, this project encompassed essential service upgrades and a comprehensive interior overhaul, resulting in the creation of new workstations, inviting staff breakout areas, an impressive reception space, and interview rooms tailored for Randstad’s candidates.
The final result is a contemporary and accessible environment, all while preserving and celebrating the building’s historic charm.
