St Ferrer was engaged by renowned property developer Dennis Family to undertake a highly detailed display suite offering five different layouts for prospective purchasers. The project entailed constructing a steel mezzanine within the warehouse structure and then constructing the individual display suites within the structure. The fit-out showcased the variety of offerings for Dennis Family home builds.
The detail on the project had to reflect the quality of finishes on a Dennis Family project. The St Ferrer project team successfully completed the project in 16 weeks.
